Where do you Deliver?
We currently deliver all over CYPRUS and GREECE. Delivery is via courier. For orders within CYPRUS, delivery is FREE for purchases over €35. During checkout you will be able to see your exact shipping cost, based on weight. If you are based in CYPRUS, you also have the option to pick up your order in store for free (46-48 Phaneromeni Street, Nicosia, 1011). You can choose that option during checkout!
Do you deliver abroad?
Apart from Cyprus and Greece, in the next few weeks we will be able to deliver to the rest of EUROPE too. Do not hesitate to get in touch and let us know if this is something you are especially interested in!
Can I pay in store?
You can collect in store. However, payment for all online purchases must take place through our website. It’s the fastest and most secure way to purchase your favourite items!
What methods of Payment do you accept?
You can securely pay with all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. We never store any credit card details on our website. You also have the option to pay with PayPal.
I need more qty of a product than is available
If you need more items of the same product, you will have the option to sign up and receive a notification as soon as we re-stock! You can also get in touch with our Customer Service team directly. A representative will be able to let you know if more stock is readily available or when we expect to have more.
What is your returns policy?
We are pretty sure you will love your products! But, in the off chance you need to return something, you must do so within 14 days. Please note the following:
· Returns are valid for online purchases and must be returned via courier or in person within 14 days.
· NO returns for seasonal items such as Christmas decorations, or items on special offer.
· Products must be in original packaging and in bought condition.
· The client is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the product is faulty or problematic.
· Money will be returned to the original payment account.
What about sending something as a gift?
